I’m Matt, and Golden Creation Coffee started with a simple ritual: a quiet morning, a fresh cup,

and a deep appreciation for the way coffee connects people. As a Canyon native, I’ve always felt

grounded by the wide-open skies and honest spirit of the Texas Panhandle. That same spirit fuels

everything we do here.

What began as a personal love for great coffee has grown into something much bigger—a small-

batch roastery in Amarillo, Texas, built on relationships, respect for the land, and a commitment

to doing things the right way. We source our beans from farmers and cooperatives around the

world who share our values: sustainability, transparency, and pride in their craft.

Our offerings reflect the diversity and richness of the regions we work with. From the citrusy

brightness of Costa Rica Tarrazú Rubies to the deep, earthy tones of Indonesia Sumatra, every

origin has its own story—and we roast each one to bring that story to life. Whether it’s the floral

elegance of Ethiopian Yirgacheffe, the bold punch of Robusta, or the smooth balance of a

washed Jinotega from Nicaragua, we aim to highlight what makes each coffee unique.

 

We offer crowd favorites like Colombia Supremo, Brazil, and Honduras as well as certified

organic selections from Mexico, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Papua New Guinea and Peru. And for

those who prefer their coffee without the caffeine, our Decaf Organic Mexico—mountain water

process—delivers full flavor without compromise.

Every roast happens right here in Amarillo, in small batches, with a focus on freshness and

flavor. We’re not chasing trends—we’re crafting coffee with intention. Because to us, a great cup

isn’t just about caffeine. It’s about connection. It’s about honoring the journey from seed to cup.
