These Gift Card Terms & Conditions apply to gift cards purchased from Golden Creation Coffee™ through our website.

Redemption

Golden Creation Coffee™ gift cards may be redeemed only for eligible purchases made through our website at goldencreationcoffee.com.

Gift cards are not redeemable at markets, events, retail partners, or other in-person sales locations.

Customers may use a gift card for an online order and select local pickup when that option is available.

Gift cards may not be used toward subscriptions, recurring orders, or subscription-related charges.

If the purchase total exceeds the available gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.

No Cash Value

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by applicable law.

Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.

Expiration & Fees

The purchased value of a Golden Creation Coffee™ gift card does not expire, and we do not charge inactivity, maintenance, or service fees.

Any promotional, bonus, or complimentary gift card value may be subject to separate terms, restrictions, or expiration dates when permitted by law. Any such terms will be clearly disclosed at the time of the promotion.

Final Sale

Gift card purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law.

Golden Creation Coffee™ products are also final sale and are not eligible for return or refund, except where required by law or where Golden Creation Coffee™ determines that an order issue warrants replacement or other resolution.

Lost, Stolen, or Misused Gift Cards

Golden Creation Coffee™ is not responsible for gift cards that are lost, stolen, deleted, or used without permission.

If you believe there is a problem with a gift card, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to assist if sufficient purchase information is available, but replacement is not guaranteed.

Electronic Delivery

Gift cards purchased through our website may be delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout or to the designated recipient.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address. Golden Creation Coffee™ is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete recipient information.

Promotions & Discounts

Unless specifically stated otherwise, promotional codes and discounts may not apply to the purchase of gift cards.

Gift cards may generally be used to purchase eligible products that are otherwise subject to promotions or discounts unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

Resale & Unauthorized Use

Gift cards may not be resold or used for unauthorized commercial, fraudulent, or unlawful purposes.

Golden Creation Coffee™ reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or review a gift card transaction when we reasonably believe the gift card was obtained or used fraudulently or in violation of these terms.

Changes to These Terms

Golden Creation Coffee™ may update these Gift Card Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will not reduce the lawful value of previously purchased gift cards.

Use of a Golden Creation Coffee™ gift card constitutes acceptance of the terms applicable to that gift card.
