Shipping Policy

We ship freshly roasted coffee as quickly as possible, based on current inventory and roasting schedule. If the coffee you ordered is temporarily out of stock, we may hold your order until the next available roast to ensure freshness.

Once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, it’s officially out of our paws. Risk of loss transfers to you at that point, and we’re not responsible for any delays or delivery issues. If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact the carrier directly.

Unless otherwise specified by the customer, we reserve the right to select the shipping method we believe will get your coffee to you most efficiently.
